Payout Rates & Instant Payment

Pre-Loved Clothing: 75p per KG

New With Tags (NWT): 90p per KG

Instant Payout: Your bags are weighed on-site on trade-approved scales, and payment is transferred directly to your bank account on the spot!

Please Note: If bringing a mix of pre-loved and New With Tags items, please bag them separately so we can apply the correct rate to each.

How It Works & Payout Calculation

Your Appointment: Your selected time is a 1:1 arrival window. Please arrive during your booked slot so our team can assist you right away.

Estimating Your Payout: You can estimate your earnings at home by weighing your items.

Official Verification: Final weight and payout amounts are confirmed at our depot during your appointment.

Acceptable Item Quality & House Rules

To ensure a quick and fair service for everyone, all dropped-off stock undergoes a brief quality inspection:

Excluded Items: Clothes that are damaged, heavily stained, torn, strongly odorous, covered in pet hair, or outside our accepted brands/styles will be removed from the final payout weight.

All Drop-Offs Are Final: Once weighed and paid out, ownership transfers to Lovett Or List It and items cannot be returned.
