We want to get your unique finds to you as quickly and smoothly as possible! Please read our shipping and collection guidelines below.

Courier: All shipped orders are sent via Royal Mail.
Dispatch Time: We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of purchase (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays).
Missing Items Disclaimer:

Please note that Lovett Or List It cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit once they have been handed over to Royal Mail. We highly recommend selecting a tracked shipping option at checkout for peace of mind. If an item does go missing, we will happily provide you with proof of postage to help you make a claim with Royal Mail.

How it works:
1. Select the "Local Pickup / Click & Collect" option at checkout.
2. Once your order is ready (usually within 24–48 hours), we will send you a "Ready for Collection" email.
3. Please bring your order confirmation email (on your phone is fine!) when you come to collect.
