Shipping policy

At Lovett Or List It, we take pride in carefully picking, inspecting, and packing your pre-loved items and wholesale reseller bundles. Please review our shipping policy below for details on handling times, delivery areas, couriers, and bulk order handling.

1. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom (UK).

  • We do not offer international shipping or deliveries outside of the UK at this time.

2. Processing & Dispatch Times

  • Order Processing Window: All orders are picked, packed, and dispatched within 5 to 7 business days from the date of purchase (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays).

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. A second notification containing tracking information will be sent as soon as your parcel is handed over to the courier.

3. Approved UK Courier Network

To ensure reliable delivery of single items and wholesale bundles, we ship using a selection of trusted UK courier services based on parcel size, weight, and delivery location:

  • Royal Mail

  • DPD

  • Evri

  • InPost

The specific courier assigned to your shipment will be detailed in your dispatch confirmation email along with your tracking link.

4. Large & Heavy Orders (Over 30kg)

  • Split Parcels: For heavy orders or wholesale bundles exceeding 30kg, shipments are split across two (or more) separate parcels to meet courier safety and weight limits.

  • Multiple Tracking Numbers: If your order is split into multiple packages, you will receive tracking numbers for each parcel. Please note that while parcels are dispatched together, couriers may occasionally deliver them a day apart depending on route logistics.

5. Shipping Rates & Checkout Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on total order weight, size, and destination within the UK.

  • All shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been picked and transferred to the carrier.

6. Delivery Delays & Risk of Loss

  • Estimated delivery times provided at checkout or via tracking links are managed directly by the couriers and are not guaranteed by Lovett Or List It.

  • Transfer of Risk: Title and risk of loss or damage pass to the buyer once goods are accepted by the shipping courier. We are not liable for transit delays caused by courier peak times, severe weather, or postal disruptions.
