  2. Buyer Preparation Required: Wholesale bundles and pre-loved stock are sold as trade inventory. You acknowledge and agree that items supplied in reseller bundles may require standard stock preparation prior to retail resale, including but not limited to ironing, steaming, debobbling, washing, or minor cleaning. The necessity of basic garment care is standard for wholesale secondhand stock and does not constitute a product defect.

  3. Visuals & Display: Colours, textures, and general product appearances may differ slightly from how they display on your screen due to lighting, photography setups, or device settings.

  4. Availability & Inventory: All product descriptions, quantities, and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to limit sales or discontinue any item or bundle on a case-by-case basis.

Section 3 - Profit Disclaimer & Recommended Listing Prices (RRP)

  1. No Guarantee of Profit: Wholesale reseller stock is sold to provide you with inventory to sell for profit; however, Lovett Or List It makes no guarantee, express or implied, regarding the profit margins, sales velocity, or revenue you will achieve from purchasing our stock.

  2. Recommended Listing Prices (RRP): Any stated Secondhand Recommended Retail Price (RRP), estimated value, or suggested resale price is provided purely as an informative, non-binding market guide. Actual resale values fluctuate based on market demand, sales channel, geographic location, and seller execution.

  3. Limitation of Financial Liability: Lovett Or List It is strictly not liable for any financial losses, unsold inventory, or margin shortfalls experienced by buyers. The final listing and sale price of any item is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Section 4 - Orders & Return Policy (All Sales Final)

When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Lovett Or List It reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its sole discretion. Payment must be received and processed before an order is accepted.

  1. All Sales Are Final: Due to the discounted wholesale nature, pre-loved status, and B2B classification of our inventory, all sales are strictly final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, minor wear consistent with secondhand status, or failure to resell stock for a profit.

  2. Strict Exceptions: Case-by-case return or partial refund claims will only be considered if an item or bundle has been fundamentally misdescribed, or if there is a major discrepancy that significantly contradicts the written listing.

  3. Timely Notification Procedure: To claim a major listing discrepancy, you must contact us in writing within 48 hours of delivery at hello@lovettorlistit.co.uk with your order number, clear photographs, and details of the claim. Claims made outside this window will not be considered.

Section 5 - Prices, Billing & Checkout Agreements

  1. Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. Posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, or customs charges unless expressly stated.
