Our process is simple: we purchase clothing by the kilo to ensure no quality garment gets discarded.
Once it arrives, every single item is hand-sorted with the utmost care. Top-tier pieces are restored and listed on our website, eBay, and Vinted.
Affordable everyday styles are stocked right on our physical shop floor. Finally, any remaining items are responsibly donated or routed to certified textile recycling.
From drop-off to resale, we provide a 100% circular, zero-waste alternative to throwaway fashion.

Frequently asked questions
Where are you located, and do I need an appointment?
You can find us at Master House, Trinity Rd, Sheerness ME12 2PF. We primarily run on an appointment-only basis to give everyone dedicated time, but walk-ins are always welcome if the shop isn't currently busy with another customer!
How does selling my clothes to you work?
Bring your pre-loved clothes in, and weighing them takes just 5 minutes! While we sort and weigh, feel free to browse the shop. We’ll offer you a price—you're under no obligation to sell if you change your mind. However, once you agree to the sale and payment is made, the transaction is final. All seller payouts are sent directly via bank transfer.
What payment methods do you accept in the shop?
If you're shopping with us, we accept both cash and card for all purchases!
Is there parking available nearby?
Yes! There is plenty of parking right outside and around Master House, making dropping off bags of clothes super convenient and stress-free.
Can I bring my children to the shop?
Children are welcome, but please note that our shop dog, Dolly, lives here too! She gets very excited when new friends walk through the door. For everyone's safety and comfort, we kindly ask that kids leave Dolly alone while in the shop (and adult supervision is required).
