How It Works & Payout Info

Your Booking Slot: Your selected time is an arrival window. You will receive an automated notification when our driver is on the way to collect your bags.

Payout Calculation: You can estimate your payout at home ($Weight \text{ (kg)} \times £0.65). The official weight and payout total will be verified upon arrival at our sorting depot using trade-approved scales.

Fast Payment: Once your bags are weighed and checked at the depot, we will contact you directly for your bank details. Payment is transferred directly to your account within 24 hours.

Acceptable Item Quality & House Rules

To keep this service fast and fair, all collected stock undergoes a quality inspection upon arrival at our depot:

Excluded Items: Clothes that are damaged, heavily stained, torn, strongly odorous, covered in pet hair, or outside our accepted brands/styles will be removed from the final payout weight.

All Pickups Are Final: Once items are collected by our driver, ownership transfers to Lovett Or List It and items cannot be returned.
