2. Condition of Pre-Loved & Second-Hand Goods

  • Nature of Stock: The vast majority of stock sold by Lovett Or List It (both individually and in wholesale reseller bundles) consists of second-hand, pre-loved items.

  • Imperfections & Description Accuracy: While we perform thorough quality checks and make every effort to describe, grade, and measure items accurately, minor imperfections, light wear, or small faults may occasionally be overlooked. We cannot guarantee that second-hand items are in brand-new or flawless condition unless explicitly marked as Brand New With Tags (BNWT).

  • Colour Accuracy: We strive to display product colors accurately on our website; however, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your device’s screen settings.

3. Reseller Bundles, Digital Guides & Business Disclaimer

  • No Guarantee of Success or Profit: Lovett Or List It sells bulk clothing bundles and digital educational resources (including e-books and guides) intended to assist resellers. We make no guarantees, warranties, or promises regarding the financial turnover, profit margins, resale speed, or individual success of your reselling business.

  • Educational Disclaimer: We are not financial advisors, legal advisors, or certified business coaches. All guides, learning materials, and advice provided online or in person are for general informational purposes only.

  • Wholesale Terms & Brand Mix: Reseller bundles (e.g., 5KG or 10KG boxes) are sold as mixed-grade stock. Mentioned brands (e.g., Zara, Next, M&S) serve as examples of stock style and quality. Specific brand ratios, sizing distributions, and exact item counts cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of wholesale sorting.

  • Wholesale Returns: Wholesale reseller bundles and digital downloads are non-refundable once dispatched or downloaded, except where required by UK Consumer Law for faulty or misdescribed goods.

4. Selling to Us (In-Person Drop-Off & Postal Service)

4.1 Prohibited & Unaccepted Items

We strictly refuse to purchase:

  • Non-clothing textiles (including duvets, curtains, bedding, cushions, towels, and fabric scraps).

  • Worn underwear or used intimates (BNWT only).

  • Counterfeit, fake, or replica goods.

  • Wet, unwashed, heavily stained, torn, or damaged clothing.

4.2 Drop-Off Appointments & Payment

  • Cashless Transactions: We operate as a cashless business. All payouts for items bought by us are made via direct bank transfer to the account details provided by the seller.

  • Finality of Sale: Payout estimates offered are non-binding until accepted by the seller. However, once a seller accepts the payout and agrees to the transaction, the sale is final and legally binding. Items cannot be retrieved, returned, or un-sold after agreement, even if items were placed in the sell pile by mistake.

4.3 Postal / Courier Submissions

  • Sellers must request an upfront estimate prior to sending items via post or courier. Items should only be dispatched if the seller accepts the provided estimate.

  • If Lovett Or List It purchases the goods following physical inspection, agreed shipping costs will be reimbursed alongside the payout.

  • Once you have shipped your item(s) to us, the transaction is considered final and cannot be cancelled or recalled.

5. Orders, Pricing & Delivery

5.1 Orders & Payments

  • All prices listed on www.lovettorlistit.co.uk are in GBP (£).

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if pricing errors occur, stock becomes unavailable, or fraudulent activity is suspected.

5.2 Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for courier delays once parcels have been dispatched from our Sheerness premises.

  • Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon successful delivery or carrier scan confirmation.

  • For local pickup orders, items must be collected within standard opening hours after receiving a pickup confirmation email.

6. Intellectual Property
