Welcome to Lovett Or List It - Cash For Clothes. By booking a home collection or shop drop-off, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before handing over your items.
1. Overview of Our Service
Lovett Or List It operates a cash-for-clothes resale and recycling service based in Sheerness, Kent. We purchase acceptable clothing, shoes, and bags by weight at a flat rate of 75p per kilo.
2. Pricing and Payment Structure

Flat Rate: We pay a flat fee of 75p per kilo for all accepted items, regardless of clothing type, style, or brand.

Brand Policy: We do not take brand types into consideration. No extra money or premium rates are provided regardless of high-end, designer, or luxury brands.

Minimum Quantity: We do not buy one-off pieces. All items must be submitted as part of a bulk cash-for-clothes collection or drop-off.

Cashless Payouts: We do not handle cash for collections. Payouts are made via bank transfer within 24 hours of receiving your bank details. For drop-offs at our shop, payouts are instant.

All items must be in good condition for reusing purposes. To be accepted, items must be free from:

5. Collections and Drop-Offs

Bookings Required: All cash-for-clothes drop-offs and collections must be booked in advance.

Drop-Off Location: You can drop off your items directly at our HQ: Masters House, Trinity Road, Sheerness, ME12 2PF. Payouts for shop drop-offs are instant.

Collection Radius: We offer collection services within a 10-mile radius of Sheerness.
6. The Collection and Weighing Process

Once items are collected by our team, the transaction is final.

We weigh all items using general luggage scales at our facility.

Items are organised into waste or recyclable categories.

We will text you the final weighed kilo amount and request your bank details for payment.

Tip for Sellers: It is recommended that you weigh your items before collection to have an estimate, though you should expect a little leeway to account for wastage (items removed due to failing our condition standards).
